"The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed.
Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed"

"Great place to stay, decent sized rooms, very clean and lots of useful amenities like the pool and gym. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. EV charging on site at a cheap rate too. Will book again when in the area."

"We did not realise that this hotel had separate “wings” and we ended up in a nice Travelodge building. This was clean and fairly quiet but quite a trek to the restaurant.
The shower in the room was oddly positioned so you couldn’t turn it on or off without drenching yourself. However water pressure and temperature were excellent.
When we arrived we were told we couldn’t use the pool until later because of swimming lessons. This is not mentioned in the Expedia advert.

"Arrived early as attending a wedding at the venue. To be told there was a £20 charge to allow access to the room even though it was already available. This had not been mentioned in any previous correspondence or calls. The room was average at best and the hotel was very badly signed. The only directions given for the room was turn right at the end of the corridor, no mention of multiple flights of stairs or changes in direction to eventually find the room at the back end of nowhere.
