"Everything was great! Excellent staff, very courteous. I had the pleasure to eat dinner in the on-site restaurant and everything was exceptional. The location is also conveniently close to the old center of town. The only downside, was that the room was a little cold the first night, maybe the heater was off before my arrival?"

Quality, solid furniture and a gorgeously fitted kitchen with integrated dish washer and induction hob made it a pleasure to cook during the downtime after exploring. "The staff did a great job with the Complimentary Breakfast. There was a variety and it was tasty and satisfying. They greeted me every morning --- those at the front desk and those at the breakfast bar. The cleaning staff did their job and they did it professionally. Hotel Cristallo is a two minute walk from train station. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns about this hotel. I will stay here again."
