"There was no water in the pool. Breakfast was not that great. There were chips on our floor like it hadn’t been vacuumed. No wash rags. The staff was friendly. Sheets and towels were clean. The toilet seat was broken."

"The bed size that I booked was not what I was given. The property only has full size beds and I booked 2 double beds for a family of 5. The bed types at this hotel can accommodate comfortably a family of 3 at most. I had to buy an inflatable mattress to sleep my family."

We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again."

"For the price we paid for this room it was such and unpleasant stay. Tv not working staff NO help . Never have I had to pay a $50.00 deposit to stay at a Hampton Inn. I asked for a receipt and was clearly told I had to get my receipt from Expedia. I have never ever had this issue ! Very disappointed as Hampton is my choice of Hotel! "
