Not forgetting Zinhle who picked up on our communication on Expedia as the initial room was a bit smaller. She managed to upgrade us to a better, spacious room on the 2nd floor. "The hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The rooms are clean, the water is hot, but the faucet can be replaced. You have to turn the knob around 5 full times before the water comes out. Then it's not even a smooth stream, but a multi angle spread. My room was located in the middle of the building between the stairs and the elevator. There are seats in front of my door, so it can get pretty noisy even late into the night. The area where the building is located is good....right in front of the beach with lots of food options. The staff were great!"
