"Generally we had a good experience in this hotel."

"Nice location. Good breakfast buffet. Nice rooms and gym."

"If you're looking for windows, my room didn't have any. And what a BLESSING! First time I've stayed in a downtown metro area where I could sleep well because there were no sirens and horn honkings! You're right in downtown, yet tucked away. Once you get inside, you'll be glad you chose it."

"Perfect location to visit Raleigh/Durham. Very nice hotel, great value!"

"We had a couple bugs in our room the first night. Woke up to shower and the shower didnt work. Ask for it to be fixed while we were gone all day. Came back to it still broken and several more bugs and when the front desk didn't answer, we had to walk down to be told they had a new room for us. No phone call beforehand. No apologies. While I appreciated the new room, I would have expected more"

"Cleanliness of hotel"
