Quand nous sommes arrivés, l’hôtel nous a demandé une taxe de 25€ par jour et par personnes. N’étant pas prévenu, nous avons préféré trouver un hôtel plutôt que de payer des arnaqueurs

This was terrible. Didn’t gave us any room at all from the beginning and gave us another room then we booked that didn’t look like the rooms we booked at all. Highly not recommend to book a room here.

Please do not book here. Miss advertised by expedia President suite with a sea view comes with sheets and towels on website But when you arrive its 25 euros on top of the room price. No towels at all due to a laundry issue Phone lines dont work so you cant speak to reception Private beach is just a patch of sand across the road with no beds or umbrellas out. Please please please do not book here.

Thay change my reservation to upgrade for a full apartment and then thay won’t cancel the reservation to begin with crazy I thing this place is a scam First of all there is no hotel this place is a apartment complex second there is no pool And the apartment we stayed was the worst place I ever seen broke toilet seat broken shower no light at one of the bathrooms none of the rooms doors in the apartment will close so no privacy whatsoever you could fill the sand from the floor that’s how dirty they were broken power outlets on and on and on just a disaster

There was a front desk person and he was requesting me to pay 10 euro extra for parking when the parking it shows on expedia for free, I have 2 night to stay on that property and I bought some drinks the first night left them on the fridge for the second night and the cleaning people have cleaned all the drinks out of the refrigerator. The last thing I have to say is they were trying to make me charge 25 euro more then the price of expedia advertising. Thank you to expedia they have given me the extra money back. The shower was all mold and smells very bad.

Ei hyvä kokemus!

Saimme puolivalmiin huoneiston, lattiat oli ehkä pyyhitty jotenkin mutta kaikki lakanat, pyyhkeet yms. oli vaihtamatta. Wc:n kunto yleisesti ottaen todella huono ja likainen. Pyysimme lakanoiden vaihtoa kolmesti ja lopulta jouduimme itse hakemaan ja vaihtamaan ne, koska paikalla ei enää ollut ketään kuka ne olisi voinut vaihtaa… asiakaspalvelu oli mitätöntä. Kaikkea luvattiin mutta mitään ei toimitettu.

before you book in this hotel, read what happened to me I booked this hotel, all fees included and I paid the hotel, for 3 day after some time I received an email saying that we have received the money, but when you come, you have to pay me another 150 euros to clean the room, after a week I went to the hotel with a reservation and they forced me to pay another 150 euro , I agreed to pay another 150 euros extra, but they still asked me for another 100 euros if something broke. I did not have 100 euros, and they did not allow me to chek in to the hotel, they left me on the street they took all my money and i have to go back home without vecation they were not people but bad animals I called the agency to return my money, but without success. the agency could not get the money back. be careful if you order this hotel because it will cost you a lot and the people who work there are very rude

The hotel is in a great location for local restaurants and exploribg Durres. Unfortunately, this hotel did not mention that a lot of the facilities were closed to it being off season before we arrived. There was no notice that the menu is fixed for half board and the staff did not ask our dietary requirements before serving the food. When we checked in, there was no hotel information given to us at all and all of the times for breakfast/lunch/dinner and checkin/ out differed on expedias website, the hotels website, and at the reception desk which was confusing. It was also said that the hotel was accessible but it is not. There was no ramp when we arrived for a wheelchair, that we needed, and then the staff put out an unsafe plank of wood which was not fit for purpose. We requested an accessible room for wheelchair when booking and had confirmed this prior to arrival with the hotel (as was not guaranteed by requesting alone) - but when we went to our room the grab rail was brokedn off the wall and left on the bathroom floor, there was not enough room in the bathroom for my sister to mive her wheelchair and to safely transfer from her wheelchair to the toilet and no shower chair/ room for her to wheel into the shower. When entering and exiting the hotel, staff did not always reciprocate a hello/ bye so this felt rude and unwelcoming.

hotel asqueroso, con basura en el hueco de la escalera. no dan toallas a pesar de que las tuve que pagar como extra! llegué al hotel a las 04h de la mañana, siendo recogido por el servicio de taxi del propio hotel debido a un retraso en el vuelo y NO ME DEJARON ENTRAR EN LA HABITACION, PAGADA, HASTA EL DIA SIGUIENTE A LAS 08 DE LA MAÑANA. El hotel esta tan sucio que tiran la basura por el hueco de la escalera, la pension completa, no me incluyó ni agua para beber. La comida era escasa y no reponian ningun plato cuando se acababa, incluso faltando una hora para el cierre del restaurante, no me limpiaron la habitacion en tres dias, no habian sabanas aunque pagamos un extra por ellas. 130 habitaciones y un solo ascensor para 4 personas, habian tres mas que no funcionaban. el personal grosero, maleducado, no habia piscina y estaba anunciado con piscina, no tiene ningun acceso a la playa privada como tambien se anuncia, no hay tampoco wellness center, ni sauna, ni jacuzzy, ni nada de nada. desayuno sin tan solo cafe... tampoco funciona el gimnasio, tambien anunciado si pagas por una habitacion y no puedes entrar en ella hasta el dia siguiente, es UNA ESTAFA

Big surprise at arrival...! They asked for an additional 25 Euro per. person in extra fees. We denied and threatened to leave the hotel. Then it was OK to drop it... The hotel has seen it's better days and needs a shine-up. However, we stayed 4 nights and enjoyed Durres.

Very nice, clean and big rooms, quiet og close to the beach. The staff is very helpfull. They have not swimming pool or private beach. Check out is 11 am, not 8 am. Many restaurants and supermarkeds close by.

Peggior esperienza mai vissuta! La camera era sporchissima, i mobili semi rotti, il materasso e le lenzuola sporche di pipì! La piscina non esiste, e nessun tipo di confort, avevamo richiesto la culla, e l'hanno portata alla sera. All'arrivo abbiamo dovuto aggiungere 50 euro a notte, quindi leggete bene le condizioni di pagamento. La colazione te la servono tutta fredda, e non c'è praticamente nulla, 5 piatti in croce! NON CI ANDATE! FIDATEVI!

Worst hotel on the entire planet

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING THIS HOTEL. We arrived to be told they had no rooms available and did nothing to find us an alternative. We returned the next day and they said they had a room but not the one we booked. The room was beyond disgusting - dirty, broken curtain poles, fire doors nailed open, dripping water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom, shelves falling off in the wardrobe - simply appalling. The so called half board food is worse than school dinners and there is no customer service whatsoever, the staff are just rude. The next morning we went downstairs to see families sleeping in the bar area as they had also been told there were no rooms and others being told they needed to leave their rooms as they needed to give them to someone else. The additional service charge is also a complete joke -€25 pppn for nothing! The hotel also does not have any of the things it advertises…. No pool, no private beach, no beach cafe. It’s all lies. Needless to say; we left. They refused to refund our additional service charges and laughed in our faces!
Curtain pole fallen off and just left in the room, beds not even made with bedding.
