It was spotlessly clean and brand new, but freezing cold. The room was really cold; there was an issue with the heating system and the radiators were not heating up properly. The room never warmed up. Apart from that, it was a very nice facility.

I would give 10 from 10 mark... But there is one huge disadvantage - the suite we had was something like 3 or 4 floor, and the last one with a spiral case... This was one of the best place to stay. Little far (5 KM) from City center but Excellent connectivity by Bus services. It was a home beyond home. Matthias and Vassna are the best.
