"Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel is an easy walk from the train station and is centrally located in the town. The staff are all helpful and nice. The breakfast was an enjoyable beginning to the day. "
"We had an amazing experience at the Newpark Hotel in Kilkenny! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is how perfect it is for families. There’s Jurassic Newpark adventure park attached with a variety of animals to visit, which our kids absolutely loved. The playground and large inflatable were huge hits and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids were entertained for hours.
The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant. Everything from the rooms to the dining areas felt family-friendly without sacrificing comfort or style. This is truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Ireland for traveling with children — a perfect mix of luxury and fun!"
"After a long flight, we were very happy to be able to rest in this beautiful place. The staff were all friendly and answered all our questions. We arrived quite late, 6:30pm in the evening. We ate at the Avalon restaurant for supper at 7pm. The meals were wonderful. The breakfast the next morning was wonderfully good and very filling, if you have the option to pick the breakfast included in your stay, I would highly recommend it. My family all had a great sleep in the very comfy beds. We would stay again if we ever have the opportunity to pass through. Family of five. "
