"Nice spot to stay for one night. We were disappointed when we expected it to be a small boutique German hotel but was actually an old school (or similar) turned into a hotel, down the road. Rooms are still nice, beds were mediocre and bathroom had an odd plastic smell. The shower drain also didn’t drain fast enough so had to turn the water off mid shower to avoid overflow. The Restaurant was amazing, Greek food was second to none. Highly recommend the restaurant if you stay at this location."

"The staff are so lovely and helpful, the common areas are nice and modern, and the room was very big and had everything I needed. The main let-down was the "gym", it's almost unusable as such because there is about 1m of floor space, no mirror, a rowing machine in the doorway: if even one person is in there then no one else is getting in. I didn't see anyone in there the entire time and I was so determined to use it when I packed but it's basically unusable. With such a large amount of rooms in the hotel it seems crazy to me that a larger space wasn't allocated for an amenity which was really a big pull for me booking this hotel, only to then find out what it was. Breakfast was nice and it was good to have labels on everything and oat milk available, as a vegan it probably wasn't worth 15e a day, and I was so surprised there was no toaster although maybe this is a British thing. I had a comfortable stay in my room and the location was perfect for accessing the theatres, it's just a shame about the few common amenities which lets down an otherwise very nice hotel."
