"Pool area concreted over, bathroom floors were dirty, damaged areas in shower not fixed , hardly any water pressure in bathroom sink and mostly hot water no cold water which seems odd. The AC in room, while worked, didn’t work in correspondence with thermostat so couldn’t really regulate a stable temperature in order to properly sleep. Be prepared as they will charge for parking. "The room was clean but smaller than in the picture. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard. The only missing was there was no hook for used towels in the bathroom. It was a bit inconvenient. Also there was much counter space around the bathroom sink."

"This is a unique experience, the mansion is so beautiful, peaceful and full of history, Suites are wonderful. Claudia is a fantastic Host, taking care of the minimal details during your stay. Coffee, tea and wine for your welcome at the twin saloons and good music to relax and enjoy. There is a refrigerator is you need to store something cold. Breakfast was delicious, well done and presented. We would love to go back to enjoy the experience."

"The staff was fine but completely overworked and underpaid. When we arrived at 10:45 PM at night there wasn't anyone at the front desk for about 15 minutes. Then a man came in who was sweating from apparently cleaning rooms. We were told our room wasn't ready yet! Check- in was at 3 PM, and it was 10:45 PM!
