"The hotel is very clean and the room was spacious. The kitchen area has everything you need to cook and eat. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom had everything one would need. Wi-Fi was fast. There were plenty of hangers and the seating area was very nice. The walls are a little thin and could hear the people next door. "For one of the more expensive mid-range hotels in the area I wasnt really impressed. The room was ok, but not really decorated, and felt more like a dorm room. The king bed had four pillows, that were NOT king pillows. They were small, square, flat throw pillows in regular pillowcases. When I asked about the pillows I was told immediately that those are the only pillows they have and there are no spares. The immediate answer made it sound like they get that question a lot. "The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes."

"The staff was nice but time has passed this perticual place and the interior is outdated and the shower has seen its better days. The chairs in the room looked like years of sweat and grime on them , the one bed had hair in the sheets from the last customer. I haven’t stayed in a place like this since I was a teenager but it was also only $58 for the night so you get what you get. It was better than nothing."
