"This is an absolutely fantastic resort. George and Joseph at the Concierge desk were over the top helpful!! Excellent service. Carl from South Africa was two days on the job as towel boy around the beach. He was happy to help and super friendly!! He is going places in the hospitality business. The staff at Quattro was exceptional!! We had the 6 course tasting menu and it was a great experience. Every course was phenomenal!! Hats off to Lazar ,Bonita and Lynda for providing second to none service with a smile. We would recommend this property to anyone."

"Great hotel, clean and friendly helpful staff. The disability amenities could be improved, the ramps are quite steep but the staff are always happy to assist. I found the shower difficult to access with a wheelchair. Excellent restaurant, great food. Overall I would recommend highly."

"We've just arrived back from a wonderful week in Malta and chose The Malta Marriott in St Julian's. We could not have chosen better as the hotel was fantastic, being in a great location and all staff very friendly and happy to assist on any request we had. Beautiful pools, especially the 12th floor rooftop. Beds were super comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend."

"If it says balcony, it may not be what’s in the pics. Felt super deceived. But unless it specifically says city view or pool view you have the back overlooking pipes with the smell of grease coming up and a generator. Complained. Was told complaint was prioritised. Never heard from them again. Despite there being other available cheaper rooms with views available online.
Under the bed was dirty. There was a hair in the shower and the fridge. Ants in the foyer. Broken sundeck chair.
Didn’t get a water bottle or remote for the air con. And my room got part cleaned but the dirty glasses were left inside. Which was confusing. USBC wall charger didn’t work. But after the balcony palava I was tired of complaining. And had wasted so much time on day 1 of 3 hoping for the room change.
All in all a very basic stay. Do better. It has so much potential."
