"Small, boutique hotel delightfully located within the ancient walled city of Mdina. The city is very quiet after 7pm. Only a couple of hotels inside. A few restaurants no bars after 7 in March which makes it so peaceful. The ancient narrow lanes of Rabat are 5 minutes outside of the walls and have plenty of eating/drinking places open late. "An excellent boutique hotel perfectly located for walking to the many places to visit in Mdina and Rabat. Very close to the main bus stops and restaurants. The hotel is in a grand old building, fully and tastefully modernised inside. Our room was spacious and well appointed. And spotlessly clean. Breakfast was generous; we appreciated the range of fruits. Grace made us very welcome throughout our 3 day stay and was very helpful on practicalities like transport. "Terrible parking. Hard to find. Room was clean but there was no mirror to do your hair. Can’t use the outlet in the bathroom so had try to blow dry and curl my hair out in the bedroom area with a make up mirror I had. No attention to detail in the room. Very noisy, could hear every motorbike roaring up the highway. "
