"The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was beautiful. We were upgraded to the suite and it was huge with a large balcony. The lobby was small but cute. The food and drinks at both of the adjoining restaurants were mediocre at best. The spa was worn out and a bit of a disappointment. If you just need a place to stay, it’s nice. Just go elsewhere for food and spa."

"We arrived at 930pm and even though there were 3 employees at the check in desk only one was checking people in and no one acknowledging our presence. The restaurant on site was closed already AND the room service was also closed. I was informed there’s also no free water in the rooms. Get to our floor and met with urine smell in the hallway! Gross! We get settled in to our room and I realize they put us in the wrong accommodation. We were supposed to have a disability room with a bathtub....

"Hotel was located right in front of the metro. Perfect for those wanting to use this type of transportation. Breakfast was good and a lot of options. friendly staff members. The rooms were a bit older, furniture looked old, but overall good. The beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. I would recommend it."

"I'm not sure parking is an "amenity", but it's the reason I give this hotel poor marks. I chose the Hampton Inn because I would staying at the end of an eight hour drive and wanted to be sure it wouldn't be a problem. In point of fact, their parking is very limited, and all the spaces are for compacts; it is also very hard to find, and the map they gave me was blurry and wrongly marked by the desk clerk -- four tries before I finally found it. When I arrived at 9:30 pm, the lot was full...

"Liked the middle garden and the entrance garden. Wish that the hair conditioner bottle was full. The bottle was empty. The fruit water was and free coffee was offered in the lobby like many other hotels of this quality instead of Starbucks (pay)"
