"Lift/elevator was out of the service for the entire stay of 4 days. 4 flights of stairs every time. Air conditioning was controlled centrally and no matter what temperature you set in the room thermostat, it was hot. Had to open window but then had to deal with bugs."

"Clean room: very clean Staff: super friendly and accoodating Family-friendly: saw several families with kids, checking-in and checking-out Shops nearby: two good kebab places, and a bakery for breakfast, next door across the street. A Japanese resturant and Mau Thai restaurants 4-5 min next intersection. Good quality and reasonably priced 🙏"

"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned. We found uncleanness in the kitchen, the bed linens did not appear clean, and the kitchen counter was dirty. We had to contact housekeeping and request additional cleaning. The refrigerator was also extremely noisy. We reported the issue, and a technician inspected it, but we were told the noise was normal and no action was taken. W could not sleep during nights!
