"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome upon check-in. It is worth noting that you need to book a regular taxi, not an Uber or Lyft, to get picked up and dropped off directly at the property. Otherwise, it's a bit of a walk with luggage. Rooms are cozy and have everything you could need. Would definitely stay there again."

"Room was okay. I’m-room amenities were not exactly to the standard we were hoping for: pillows need updating. AC was not strong, bed was not very comfortable. Room was small for price (though it is Europe, understand the size but not for the price), food/drink in-room was just okay. Was not a fan of the light system in the rooms: either all lights are on or none at all. Wish we could turn on individual lights. No dimming of lights either which was disappointing. Hotel itself was great....

"Clean room. Staff friendly and always communicates fast. Breakfast included but is more continental buffet with pastries, cereals, yogurts, boiled eggs, deli, etc. Overall breakfast was fine and got us through the afternoon. Room is small but well kept. We were on the third floor, the flooring is wood flooring, so when someone above our room walked around or moved chairs/bed, you could definitely hear it. Our room was on the side of where all the restaurants were and at night it could be noisy...

"Excellent hotel, helpful friendly staff, great location. Tip, ask for a room/suite facing courtyard as exterior rooms can experience excessive traffic noise. Breakfast buffet is okay however not the best for a 5* deluxe property, limited selection, buffet pastry items not replenished."

"Very comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Had a very long overnight trip from US & arrived in the early am to Zurich. Checked us in early so we could shower and rest a bit, before exploring. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay were truly commendable and added greatly to the overall experience. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to reconsider the mattress firmness, as I found it a little too soft for a comfortable night’s sleep. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return again."
