"Property is well maintained and very clean. Great for the price. Area is ok. Many restaurants and Starbucks very close by. Staff was very friendly. Pool looks nice but we didn’t use it. Breakfast had the usuals (waffles, eggs, sausage, b&g, toast, pasteries, fruit etc). Would stay again."

"Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not...

"The hotel was well maintained. Had a classic old hotel vibe. All the staff were super friendly. The breakfast spread was excellent. Multiple choices for hot and cold food. The hotel was within walking distance of many shops and market. It felt cozy, quaint and quiet. Beautiful scenic drives. Will 100% book again."

"It looks as if the property is undergoing a renovation. But it was still worthy of the stay. The renovation was not disruptive, or unsightly. Lots of parking close to a lot of different restaurants. Not far off the interstate as well. Would definitely book there again. "

"They are doing active construction now, messy and garbage all over, it smells too, the rooms are getting renovated, I found water on the floor in the room, the bathroom shower and tub were rusty, the toilet pan was small and misfit with wrong toilet seat. The soap and shampoo were not fitted on the wall. I have pictures of all these if you need. the overall experience was horrible. I tried talking to the staff but they could not help. I would really like a refund for this stay."

"Our stay at this hotel was a major disappointment from start to finish. The property is clearly old and neglected—the hallway had a persistent, unpleasant smell, the carpet in the room looked decades old, and the towels and bed cover carried a musty odor. To make matters worse, the microwave didn’t work, the TV had only a handful of channels, and the online photos bore little resemblance to the tired, worn-down reality we walked into. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....
