"Dear Red Lion Hotel Management, I am writing to formally document a recent stay at your hotel that was, unfortunately, the worst experience I have ever had. While my initial impression of the property was positive, the quality of our stay deteriorated immediately after check-in. We were assigned a room on the second floor, where I first noticed that the hallway carpet was held together with tape. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned; the area under the bed was particularly filthy and gross. The environment felt unsafe throughout the night due to loud voices and ongoing disturbances. When my daughter and I woke up early the next morning to leave, the hotel was full of police officers. My daughter was terrified by the situation. We were in town for a gymnastics meet, and the lack of sleep combined with feeling unsafe made for a horrible experience for both of us. I am normally not the kind of person to complain, but I felt it was necessary to bring these health and safety concerns to your attention. I hope you will take the necessary steps to ensure no other guest has to go through this. Regards, Arlen "

"The room was more than enough space for 2 adults & 4 kids. We had 2 double beds and the pull out couch. The breakfast was delish with plenty of options for everyone. We didn’t interact too much with Staff, but the little bit we did they were very nice. I don’t feel like there’s enough parking for the size of the hotel but I wasn’t there long enough for it to make a significant difference."

"The pool area that is advertised was not operational at any point during the entire time of my stay. Staff never cleaned by Room in the 28 days I was there. And before they would allow me to check out staff and the owner attempted to make me pay $800 for 13 days that weren't paid to them ( According to hotel management). I will never stay at that hotel again nor would I suggest anyone else."
