"This hotel is at the convention center end of Wilmington which means it's surrounded by boring, bland hotels and parking lots. It is however the most interesting hotel in the area since it incorporates an historic rail warehouse. The loft style rooms with the cubicle wall bathrooms, slider door, and curtain really aren't that great. Passing trend which is already passé."

"Valet parking was exceptional and very responsive. Employees were friendly and efficient. On the other hand, corporate issues include—-Breakfast had A LOT to be desired, few choices, pre-packaged, no diverse items, few hot foods. Room had no ice bucket, no table lamp, poor lighting in bathroom mirror. No iron. Door stuck. All minor inconveniences"
