"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"

"First off the front desk staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful with each interaction. The room was clean, beds comfortable and very nicely decorated and sizeable. Our only complaint was that the bar area did not have it's own trash receptacle, the only other one in the room was tiny. It is hard to clean up properly when you don't have enough space for your trash. Won't stop us from returning however. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"The hotel itself is nice, but my experience with security completely ruined our stay.
We came down for the Hilary Duff concert over the Fourth of July weekend and mistakenly thought she was performing at the resort. Before heading out to get food, my sisters (who are 17) and I stopped to take a few pictures by the Fourth of July sign at the front of the casino.
