"Staff was friendly and the price was affordable. Location was close to local attractions. The buiding is older and hidden from the road. Our room needed some fresh paint in some areas. Anyone can walk in the building without swiping. You do swipe to get in your room. Our door had obviously come off and was not reinstalled properly. We saw daylight, it drug on the floor, and the safety hardware was not fully screwed in. The white towels, blankets, and sheets had old stains. The shower knob came off and the toilet seat was loose."

"Didn't stay at all, the place was a dump. Online pics are definitely false advertising. You check in at a kiosk with employee on screen, very unprofessional and Im glad that I left, they tried charging my credit card three different prices numerous times but didn't go thru. I reported them for fraudulent charges to my credit card company. "

"Great location, well within walking distance of many, many food and drink establishments. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Nice room and good selection of TV channels. No problems with the internet."

"when i saw that this place was a bread and breakfast, my wary antennas shot up, but our stay in cherry valley manor was absolutely royal! we stayed in the royal treatment room, and it truly was royal! it had a vintage style and vibe, but all the furniture were brand new condition so it felt like we were in a palace. we hope to come back and try out the tiffany room next occasion! the atmosphere was calm peaceful warm and inviting! it was perfect for a nice getaway with my husband. it was clean and well kept, it felt like we were the first ones staying in our suite! the bathroom was truly royal, no words can describe. we didn't hear any noise from other rooms, probably due to the fact that there are no kids. it came with good quality amenities. the bathrobe was so cozy. the manor is for couples only, we only realized this after we booked, but they were very flexible and let us bring our 1 year old baby. we really got our moneys worth! it is located near the Delaware water gap, and there is a small cute farm/zoo in the area, they also have lost river caverns which was nice. we went hiking in hickory run state park on the shadows of death trail. it was an easy trail with stunning waterfalls! "
