"Our room was a disaster. The heating unit was not functional, making it cold for us. The drain for the tub never went down so we had to shower in a filled tub. We told maintenance which took them almost 12 hours to get to us. He put Drano down the tub and that never worked. The telephone had no connection. And the heating unit he said “it is what it is”. I attempted to email and call the manager 3 times to resolve it with no resolution. "

"Quick Review – The Swiftwater (Poconos) Overall, we had a very nice stay and were pleasantly surprised. The modern rooms were clean, the pool was warm, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout the trip. We booked the birthday package, which was a really nice touch.
