"We were given an upgrade to a bigger room which was wonderful! All the staff we encountered were very friendly and the woman at the registration desk was particularily helpful and kind. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. We loved the hotel and will definitelh stay there again!"

"Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card. "Beautiful rooms, very clean. The staff was great and the location was great. Stayed for two nights and they also gave us plenty of water at no charge. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."

"Everything was great! Room clean, everything was functional! Bright floor to ceiling windows, decent water pressure, attentive staff! I needed another blanket and they brought it right away."

"Everything was amazing. From the communication to make sure our daughters needs were met, to the breakfast to check out. It was unfortunate that there were several hockey teams and only one functioning elevator, as the other one was out of order. Hot tub and pool where clean and warm. Super impressed that as close as the hotel is to the 400 highway, you cannot hear it at all."
