I understand we are in the woods and so cleanliness might not be 100% possible, however there were coffee rings on my bedside tables from the person who had just checked out before me which was disappointing; as well as a big stain on the couch when we arrived. "Staff communicated promptly prior to arrival and allowed early access. Room very clean and lots of drawer and closet space. Nespresso machine in room with free snacks in kitchen area. All was fine, just as pictured and promised."

"The only problem we had was the unit next to ours had a low battery so it kept chirping every 60 seconds and could be heard both inside our unit and outside as well. I did mention it but nothing was done so we had to try to sleep with the tv on all night to block the sound."
