We waited for almost 2 days for housekeeping to come. Then they assigned our room key to a stranger and they walked into our room while we had kids. Terrible service experience and would not recommend. "

"We had a great room looking at the lake, the buffet breakfast was good, pool was big, but not enough lounge chairs. Only issues were no one came to clean the room so trashes got full, we weren’t given extra toilet paper so we ran out of the one, and once home my cousin noticed they charged her card wrong. Could have been better, but we enjoyed ourselves, and the staff were nice, just seemed over worked. "

"My only criticisms are (1) Breakfast was limited to yogurt and make-your-own waffles, bread, orange juice and coffee, so no egg or meat options. (2) At 9:30am, so an hour and a half before my 11am checkout time, there was a knock on the door and the door was quickly opened by a man asking if I needed anything before checking out. I felt it was invasive, plus the guy was unapologetic."
