"The pictures on Expedia were misleading.
The check in went smoothly, however, we ultimately decided to leave and forgo staying. There were many people checking in so it appeared quite popular.
The cost, given what other, nicer hotels in the area were charging, we decided to leave. My smell was of older place and my eyes were itching so we didn’t feel it was a good match for us."

"The hotel was quaint and charming, a little old in places but nothing major. The staffs were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was great. Breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner there and it was wonderful, other than they did not cook my steak correctly, but they took it off the bill, which is great customer service."

"At check in we were allocted a room on 3rd floor and informed the lift was out of order.
As my Wife has a heart condition and is awaiting surgery this was unsuitable. we were informed that Expedia had been informed of the lack of a lift and that they (Expedia) should have advised us of this fact before we arrived.
We stayed in the hotel for only one night checking out on the 27th June as my Wife found the stairs extremely difficult, having to stop and recover at each landing.
