They gave me 2/1 bedroom apartments which actually worked out for my group as one of my family members has difficulties climbing stairs. The property uses a security system for entrance. "Flat was very clean and well-maintained and hosts were very friendly, communicative, and very eager to help if I needed any. Flat was also very centrally located to grocery and dining options as well as feeling very safe and being nice and quiet in the evening. Look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"Great service from the time we arrived until we left. Quiet with a good comfortable bed. Great facilities to be able to prepare an occasional meal but also close enough to walk to the pub for a meal. The location was great to use as a base for day trips to Windsor and Bath for us. We would thoroughly recommend this property, especially for multiple nights. "

I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge.
