"The food was terrible, cannot even finish, and charge a service fee. Only two bottles of water (1200ml) provided each day, and other water for sale at 27.5Q per bottle, that is crazy. Also FYI no internet connection in the room."

"The hotel is well designed. Rooms are cute and clean. Staff is amazing! Very relaxing environment right on lake Peten.
You are definitely out there. So plan on having most of your meals at the resort. They did arrange for us to go to Tikal and Flores. Our guide to Tikal was amazing. I highly recommend this spot! Would absolutely go back."

"Lovely place in the Tikal Jungle. Food was delicious. We stayed in the Hostal (without private bathroom) but the showers and toilets were close by and cleaned regularly. I understand that everything needs to be brought in but it would be nice if drinking water was available to fill water bottles instead of the constant need to use plastic bottles. Perhaps a goal for a greener future."

"Staff was very friendly. Benjamin the waiter was very accommodating. Really close to Tikal national park entrance. Con: no outlets to charge your phone. There was one usb outlet but it wouldn’t charge my phone. Pool area is very nice and at sundown you can see the wild life such as monkeys on the trees. "
