"Clean room, but older looking. Terrible beds and weak air conditioning. Decent for the price."

"When I first checked into first room the A/C was very loud. The front deck person was very nice and switch my room with a quieter A/C but not that quieter. I lived with it. The maid service was terrible. Not knowing that this property only services your room every other day I didn’t have any cleaning service for three days. I had to walk down to the front deck at 4pm and tell them my room was not done yet and they assured me it was on their list of rooms to be done. I did notice the maid service...

"Checking in was fast. Staff were professional and pleasant. Clean overall. However our room had a broken curtain rod and the curtain was stained. Air conditioner was very loud making it difficult to sleep throughout the night. I believe this property is non-smoking, but there were people outside the main entrance smoking. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter a non-smoking building….I didn’t appreciate that as a non-smoker. No breakfast at this motel."

"Ótima localização. Bom tamanho dos quartos. Camas confortáveis. Boa ducha. Infelizmente, a funcionária da recepção era ranzinza e mal educada, o que é uma pena, porque tratar as pessoas com gentileza e simpatia é basico. Cafe da manhã muito ruim, sem opções quentes, sem variedades de pãesnou frutas, enfim, ruim ate para os padrões americanos."

"Difficult to find the property with huge highway construction going on right across the street. (obviously out of the facility's control) Stairways to all rooms make accessibility difficult. Also, hallways need brighter lighting and carpeting. (who chose that carpet??) The combination of low light and dark carpet made stairways treacherous. Ice machines were not operating. Breakfast food was very limited in choices and quantity. Staff at counter was very helpful and welcoming. The room...
