"This is an older beautifully restored hotel. High ceilings, original throughout. There is a second floor surrounding balcony with chairs and tables. Very clean room and bath. There is a 3 speed ceiling fan with remote control. Our room had a stand-up shower. There is no elevator, stairs are not difficult and staff carried bags. AC and parking were good. "garbage was not emptied all weekend - ants in garbage on our floor by the elevator. Staff we gruff, had to wait ages to check-in as nobody at the desk. Rooms were clean but bathrooms were a bit dingy."

"I’ll keep it short. Water pressure to shower was bad, bed frame was crooked ( feet side was higher), and blinds when shut, would’ve killed a vampire."

"The room was not clean. The beds were clean but there was hair on the floor in the main room and bathroom and the toilet looked clean until my son lifted the seat. It was disgusting. The rooms need to be cleaned better. And they needed more towels in the pool area. Other than that we stayed 1 night and the front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly."

"As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. "Great location, clean comfortable rooms and beds, friendly helpful staff, good breakfast and a wise economical choice. I have now stayed many times, and will likely continue to as I travel to Bethlehem. The Moravian historic district restaurants, museums and shops are very fun, and the Steel Stacks historic factory site provides a great little hike with informative signage and easy parking."
