"The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. "We were there with our 7 year old son. All three of us thought the resort was amazing. The food was absolutely outstanding. "Nice place but be prepared to walk! A lot. It took 4 elevators to get to our room. The place is like a maze. It's nice with awesome views! The pool is great too. No swimming on the beaches. The food wasn't good either. The only good food was Mexican night. They did a smoked food night, that was so expensive and very bad.
