"We always book at Holiday Inn - we always like their rooms and the generous breakfast buffet. This time though our room was not clean enough, there were some hair strands on the floor that's been there since we checked in and was still there for the next 2 days that we were there, it only disappeared on our third day (we booked for 4 days). And overall the cleanliness of the room was not how we remember it to be from previous bookings, it also was not as clean as the other hotels that we booked...

"We had a beautiful room which was wonderful to enjoy after a busy week on an Alaskan cruise! Staff was friendly and helpful with any questions about where to go in area. Nice little cafe on main floor to get snacks. Had the best Mango Pineapple smoothie! Great area to go for a walk down to the white rock pier. Lots of choices of restaurants all along street to pop into for either a meal or cool beverage Or a beautiful walk down boardwalk from hotel. Definitely recommend!"

"Arrived and was greeted by very nice staff, hotel was very clean, pool & hot tub were clean. Hot tub has jets but they don’t work so it’s more of a warm tub. Breakfast was outstanding, it’s in the restaurant right beside the hotel, very nice selections, eggs-scrambled & hard boiled-many different selections of bread for toast, pancakes, waffle machine, sausage links, 4 different cereals, fruits, muffins & bagels, juices & coffee.
The hotel pool is not cold. Staff were quite informative of...
