"The staff are all extremely friendly, the hotel is beautiful decorated, and you can’t beat the location. You are directly across from Washington square park and walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, and comedy shows. Hotel also offers an airport shuttle for a flat fee. Hotel rooms are basic but clean. Only down side was the shower. The pressure isn’t great (but maybe that was just our room). Otherwise, we were happy with our stay!"

"What a wonderful experience. Staff was helpful and kind. We were offered a free upgrade from an interior queen room to a king city view. We were also selected for free room service breakfast. Easy check out process. Left our bags before check in to walk around the city. Highly recommend if you’re going to the city to see a Broadway show!"

"Well sited for Downtown Manhattan. The restaurant has a limited menu but lovely staff. The room was very clean with great air conditioning. Breakfast is self serve with a good choice. The lifts take some time on occasion but otherwise work fine(there are many floors!)"

"The room is very small. There is no walking space between the bed and the wall in front of it, it's surrounded by wall on three sides. This I could overlook being that New York is very expensive. However, I have stayed at other hotels in similar price range with bigger rooms, better amenities, and better cleanliness. "The room was quite dirty - there was pee all over the seat when I arrived, the walls are all heavily scratched and generally it just feels like an old kind of gross feeling room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable but the rest felt just old and run down overall. Most of the elevators were not working so you also have to wait a long time for the elevators."
