"The Fairbanks is clean and comfortable and gets the job done. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place needs some updating; that seems to be happening bit by bit. I would definitely stay there again. As I said, it gets the job done."

"Excellent place to stay! The location is perfect—close to the village and within walking distance of restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the pool, and every evening there was a fire where we could sit, relax, and enjoy the evening. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Everything good. They leave you chocolate chip cookies for when you come in your room. Also a bottle of their spring water. The cookies are free,but don't touch the spring water. It comes with a 25 dollar charge..f.or a 16 ounce bottle of spring water. Ouch. Apart from that, it was a good place and they are trying hard. I would return, but with our own spring water."
