"No heat in my room, froze my b off until they finally came through with a room heater. Also, as far as I know there was only 1 elevator working."

"This is an excellent location for tourists. I would have liked coffee available in the room or to have had room service."

"no amenities to speak of. No restaurant, no bar, only two thin towels in bathroom, no extra blanket or robes in closet. No coffeemaker."

"Not a hotel if you need to do any work. There is no desk in the room. There is one space that has an actual work height table, i.e. not a bar table 2 feet off the ground, and it fits 3 people. So apart from that there is no where to find a place with a table to do work. Lobby, bar and hallways are.like 100 degrees all the time. Bar staff was very slow."

"The night we got there, we found lots of hair on the bed linen. It was late, the phone in the room wasn't working, and we didn't go down to complain; we were exhausted and just went to sleep. Overall, the hotel is average.Staff is very helpful and nice."
