"We were in Galveston and had a breakdown and had to spend a lot of money to get home and then try to get back to get my truck which was not ready so I cancel my flight and tried to cancel this room at the palace. They would not return Expedia’s phone call or email. They said Expedia had to cancel. Expedia said they had to cancel and I had to eat $70. No communication whatsoever. Poor way to do business."
