"It was a long wait to check in , but once it was our turn the staff member was very nice and apologized for the wait time. She was very helpful and had patience to answer out questions. She made sure our needs were taken care of before we left the desk. I then understood that although she was the only one working the desk, and the extra wait time was because she was working to give good service. The room was kind of an older looking room but was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. ...
