"there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. "We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster.
