"Staff was not very helpful for our group. We needed tax exempt and they refused. Outside the hotel was a very bad neighborhood. Handicap amenities were bare minimum. Would no recommend especially for someone with disabilities."

"Very comfortable bed and pillows. The black out shade actually truly blacked out the light. The breakfast wasn't the best, but it did offer hot selections as well as bakery items and juices. The microwave was in the lobby area and not in your room but very accessible and clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property was older but clean. The beds were small but comfortable. Front staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was ok. It’s a little tight in the space but overall was good. It was only a 17 minute drive to Gainbridge Fieldhouse and we even took the backroads so we didn’t have to deal with traffic jams. We will definitely stay again!"
