"The 2nd floor REEKED of marijuana. My room did too when I first arrived. The room was squelching hot. I had to ring the bell three times to be checked in. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was no one at the desk for checkout so I just left. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good."

"We arrived at midnight, exhausted and traveling with two kids. The front desk staff was incredibly arrogant, treating us like servants. To be fair, the room itself looked okay and the bed sheets were clean and fresh—honestly, the only positive thing about our stay. Everything else was a disaster. The AC was completely broken and wouldn’t shut off or adjust. "The check in took forever as their system is slow. I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms the bathroom light did not work. We were told that they have no maintenance on site. When asked for another room they stated that they are booked. After me pushing they gave us another room. Well I booked king bad and ended up with 2 doubles. The breakfast is average."

"Check in scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 7:30pm only to not have a room ready. Although the gentleman at the desk was apologetic, we still had to wait about 30 minutes for a room. We then decided to grab a quick bite in the lobby restaurant, and waited about an hour for ice cold chicken wings. "My child took his shower first in the morning and he didn't have hot water. I went to take my shower and the water stopped completely. I had to rinse my hair out in the sink. The elevator was not working either, we were on the 4th floor. I've stayed at this property several times and would normally recommend it to anyone. This stay was definitely sub par."
