"Nice clean room but the hallway smelled weird and the casino was a bit lackluster."

"The pool was so small and has a max number of 40 people and 4 for the hot tub. The hotel has over 30 stories! How does it not have a bigger pool and why can’t they keep it clean? Not enough chairs and no umbrellas just out in the open sun. The room was great. The bellhop service was great! I know most people don’t care about the pool. But this was my mini get away. I always use the pool and the gym."

"The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay."

"The room was perfect. We got in late so the restaurant wasn’t available anymore. Staff were friendly and very helpful."

"Expect to wait 30 min for your luggage to reach your room when you check in. Expect to wait 45 min for valet to bring you car up when you check out. Oh and don't bother trying to get a Belfort to help you when you check out either. I was so disappointed in the management of these services, especially when I am traveling with my disabled husband. I won't go back there."

"There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!"
