"Great check-in, a smile, friendly efficient service from a new member of staff, with an experienced colleague on hand.
Room was superficially clean - linen and towels good, bathroom mainly ok, but floor was needing more attention. This room needs a deeper clean - skirting boards were dirty and dusty. There was broken crockery, cleaned and back on the tray and a broken lamp.
The price was fair, we stay regularly but not frequently, but will consider other options next time. NB we had a dog and...

"Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The whole property was spotless, the facilities were beautiful, the room was probably the nicest one we have ever stopped in, furnished to an extremely high standard and so comfortable.
Honestly, don’t even think about looking for somewhere else in the area…you will not find better!!
Oh yes, the homemade marmalade at breakfast is to die for too!!!"
