"We did not turn the Air/Heat on as it look dirty and afraid it would make the room smell.
This hotel is right next to the interstate so it is noisy. "

"Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned.
Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin....
