Sheraton Universal Hotel
It’s my third time staying at the Sheraton and the service/stay was great as usual. Freehand Los Angeles
Stayed here a night as we had tickets for a concert at the Orpheum theatre. I was most impressed by the staff and found the hotel to be a very good value.

Hotel Burbank

The Biltmore Los Angeles
Overall, the hotel was accommodating and pleasant, but none of the staff seemed particularly engaged or interested in making an effort to be cheerful. The restaurant Smeraldi's did not have appropriate cleanliness standards, and we left mid-meal.
