The next day, I called the front desk to ask if I was still allowed to check in. They said yes. After arriving at the desk, I waited for 30 minutes. Then, they denied me the room."

"This was a very good stay. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We got in early they allowed us to swim while we waited and then were able to allow us to check in early. They were helpful in directing us to the link rail. Highly recommend this hotel."
