"The hotel charges five-star prices for what is, at best, a two-star experience. We paid nearly $900 for a two-night stay, and it was nowhere near worth the cost. While the waterfront location was beautiful, the property itself was so poorly maintained that it was impossible to enjoy the grounds. "I did not like the property at all. The hotel room has no closet, had no working appliances. I had to ask them to either fix the TV or change our rooms. There was no microwave, and the hair dryer in the bathroom was not working. I do have to give it to the staff, that did bring up a TV, and a microwave, and a dryer for us. The room was not cleaned the first day we were out. The next day I had to call for service and even then they didn't clean it, simply made the beds and put in new towels. The...

"It's unfortunate this hotel isn't really up to standards for the price they want. Cheap soaps, no products, dirty floor (in my room), rusty toilet paper holder. I dont think the stairs ha e been vacuumed in quite some time. There was a phone in the room that didn't work to call the front desk. It's a bit more run down than advertised, to say the least. And, the restaurant was closed for "rennovations" for quite some time. That should've been explained in advance. A big disappointment. ...

"The entire staff was very polite and kind. Our room wasn't very well equipped, but it was very clean. The tissue box was completely empty (not like it had a few tissues left...so it should not have been missed). We had to ask for tissues, toilet paper, and body wash - just for a 2 day stay."
