"The space under the bed is full of dust. We originally booked a king bed, but when we arrived, they told us it was unavailable. Without even informing us beforehand, they just randomly gave us a double bed room. This forced us to stand in line all over again, and there were even hidden, mandatory fees."

"My stay at the Hilton was disappointing overall. The location was the best part of the experience, but the hotel itself did not meet my expectations.
Most of the front desk staff were unfriendly and not particularly helpful. The one exception was one guy (name started with a J), who stood out for his friendliness and excellent customer service.
There were also some housekeeping issues. My pillowcase had a few yellow stains on it when I arrived, although staff promptly brought clean...
