"Pros - The apartment unit itself was comfortable and clean. Clean towels and basic amenities provided. Kitchenette was well-equipped. Cons - Zero communication from host. Contacted host a day prior to arrival to ask for check-in details but no reply. Arrived without anyone at premises and no knowledge how to check-in. Called host who did not answer.
