"Everything was ok except there being pink mold in the bathroom and the air from the A/C smelled like mildew. The elevators weren’t operating well. There was a delay of the doors opening when stopping at each floor. Sometimes you would have to press the floor number again for it to open. There were two but one wasn’t working majority if the time. "

"Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"Was disappointed in the hotel. Very nice looking but could not get our room cleaned in a timely manor. Getting to the room from check in was very confusing they didn’t mention you walk through the parking garage. We went back to the front desk twice until a nice lady walked us to our room. I paid for the Suite and a balcony room. The picture showed a patio set. The balcony was so small you could barely even stand out there. Lots of construction going on. The pool said there was service until 10...

"Terrible service by the front desk lady and the manager!!!!!! Wrong charges on smoke detectors by $250 … scamming people who stayed there by saying your room smoke detector activated and you have to pay $250 . We were not in the room that time and we have to get video proof from the restaurant where we had dinner on that time and waste our whole last day in the trip !!!! Stay where ever you want other than this scamming resort who don’t have 1% of Hospitality understanding how to take care the...

"Beautiful view of the beach from our room. Beach was also easily accessible anywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was we never received any housekeeping services throughout our 5 day stay. "

"Clean room, breakfast was full of variety, and staff was great. We stayed for a soccer tournament at Twin Oaks which was right up the road. Holiday Inn rarely disappoints and this particular hotel was no exception. Definitely recommend."
