Next door to mini golf and clam shack, and food on property as well-if you travel with kids it is ideal. The only drawback is that it's right on route 6 which is a mini highway for the cape. I found that the grounds around our room had litter that’s never been pick up by the grounds keeper, ( if there is any such person), and the noise from young adults partying kept us up half way through the night.
