Relaxing Getaway

Beautiful hotel in a great downtown location in historic Easton. Friendly, courteous staff. Highly recommend dining in the Tidewater's on-site restaurant - Hunters' Tavern. Delicious food, great atmosphere and excellent wait staff. A wonderful place for a relaxing couples getaway.

This was our first time staying at the separate Tidewater House, a restored, all suite mansion one block from the larger Tidewater Inn. The staff was impeccable, the suite was nicely decorated, and the property was most convenient to downtown Easton. It was a superb stay.

Easton Gem!

The Tidewater is a gem! Every staff member was above and beyond professional and helpful. The renovated rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loved the renovation. Food and service at Hunters was excellent.

The staff was amazing!! There were 2 gentlemen at the desk when we checked in, both were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late for an event at the Avalon Theater due to bad weather and traffic, and they were kind enough to let us park in front of the hotel until after the show. They didn't want us to miss anymore of the show than we already had!

The room had no mini fridge and only one chair. The bathroom was tiny with a very small shower. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Would like to see the variety of rooms available on the web site.
