"The hotel is clean. Food was okay. The rooms have no sound proof. You can literally hear the shower and toilet flush in the next room. The staff can be more friendly. No smile, didn’t even move from their chair when we approached the front desk."

"The room was fine. However, we arrived for late check in and when we got to the room we noticed the door to the toilet room of the bathroom was closed. Upon opening the door the smell about made us vomit. Too tired to mess with changing rooms we turned on the fan, closed the door and went to bed. Middle of the night everything was back to normal. Obviously, somebody used the restroom before we entered the room…. Also, another irritant was the $10.00 self parking fee tacked on to our bill. ...

It was like a a Tuscan get away the grounds so beautiful from the vineyard to the private patios to the immaculate rooms to the morning breakfast delivered to your room at your time request. "We returned to our room after spending time at the beach and our room had not been cleaned. We had to go to the desk to get towels…no one to bring them up. And all we got was we’re sorry."

Also the last time I stayed here before this one I forgot my insulin bag and they tried to contact me letting me know they had it. At check-in they gave it to me.
